Ricoh XR-7 erratic shutter

My shutter tester shows the high speeds running erratically slow from 50% to 100%. Is this a dirty magnet situation? If so, how do I clean the shutter magnet? Need to sending it to a repair shop. I know few places if you want me to recommand some. Jack
