HI!
I finally get an speed tester, I build one from the internet, a phototransistor and my sound card. O checked that the low speeds are preety well, I only have problems with 1/15 that is about one second!
I donīt how adjust it, I have the service manual but I canot find the large eccenter and the small eccenter.
Please I need Help

1/15th is frequently the problem with shutter speeds because it's the intermediate speed between the slow-speed gear train and the higher speeds. Look for a detent at 1/15 setting that is not settling into the slot for that speed setting. It may take you a while but you'll see it if you have good lighting and eyesight!!
