The film advance lever moves only 20 degrees to the release position but it will not go further.
Mirror is now in the up (cannot see through viewfinder) position but it will move if the tab is manually moved inside the body when the lens is removed.
Any suggestions????

Hum just got a ME super today with the 50mm 1.4 on it. It's got the exact same problem. I wonder is it possible a battery problem? Mirror is locked up. shutter is closed winder is almost fully advanced shutter won't fire.
